Shipment & Delivery Policy
We offer flat rate shipping charges based on order amount. Saturday & Sunday delivery is not possible for all products.You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.You may cancel or change your order if it has not been shipped. Non-perishable and non-edible items may be returned back to us at your cost for a full refund less S&H.

Order Policy
To place order you must provide a valid bill-to and ship-to phone number. We may call these phone numbers to confirm order or for any questions. You must provide your valid primary email address. All communication including but not limited to order confirmation, questions, cancellation, shipment tracking etc will be sent to the email provided. In case of inventory shortages GiftVift may cancel order or substitute with a product of equal or greater value.GiftVift reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason including but not limited to credit card fraud prevention.

Hand-delivered Products
Hand-delivered items will vary by season, availability, and delivery location but will always be filled to value. (Holiday cut-off times may change)

Alcohol Shipping Restrictions
An adult signature is required for all deliveries containing alcohol. Some states restrict shipments containing alcohol. We evaluate destination restrictions and have identified the following 11 states that continuously accept out of state wine shipments: CA, CO, ID, IL, IA, MO, NE, NM, OR, WA & WI.

Dispute, Non-Delivery, Invoice Amount, Communication
If for any reason your order is not received on time or if you are not satisfied with the products delivered you must inform us immediately. We may not entertain disputes that are brought to our attention after 48 hours of delivery or delivery date, whichever happens first. We will replace the product or refund at our discretion. We try our best to deliver on your preferred date. You agree not to dispute due to non-delivery on preferred date but within the estimated time periods in Shipping Method. Weekends, Holidays, and day of shipment are not counted as working days for calculating delivery time. Shipping companies provide refund only for Urgent overnight shipments. Standard and Expedite shipments are typically delivered on time but are not eligible for refund for late delivery. Shipping companies do not provide refunds for delays due to weather, accidents etc. Refund for late delivery is limited to the extra shipping charges paid. Currency conversion is provided for information only. You will be charged in USD as shown in your invoice. We are not responsible for currency conversion charges.

In the event that you are not satisfied by the product delivered or service you must contact GiftVift first. You agree that the maximum reimbursement will be limited to the amount paid by you to GiftVift for this order. By submitting orders or by providing information to GiftVift, you are agreeing to the terms set forth above and to not pursue legal proceedings. You also agree to receive communication from GiftVift about your order, feedback, future offers, specials, discounts etc.
